工作职责：

1. Lead Finance function in business and cost controls, cash management, treasury, tax planning, budgeting, internal controls and overall and comply with laws and regulations （PRC GAAP& USGAAP）.

2. Responsible for the monthly rolling forecast and all financial reporting, coordinate with business department to set up action plan to achieve the financial performance.

3. Execute internal audit with SOX 404 and coordinate external audit efforts in plant to ensure sufficient financial routines and controls in place; Assist management on continual improvement in business operations, processes and internal controls.

4. Provide financial suggestions to the management to ensure the operation performance; Support and direct measures to ensure sustainable business decisions.

5. Involve the investment decision including capex review and control.

6. Lead, coach and motivate a team of finance professionals , and manage the growth and development of team and their talents including allocating duties and assignments and identifying training needs for current jobs and potential roles.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above with Accounting or Finance related major.

2. CPA/ ACCA preferred.

3. More than 5years of experience in a similar position, Manufacture industry experience in foreign enterprise is preferred.

4. Reporting experience in all financial, management,compliance and internal control.

5. CPA Understanding of local statutory requirements and US GAAP.

6. Understanding of internal controls, SOX 404.

7. Possess strong analytical skills with a clear understanding and implementation of business processes and controls, budgeting , and fund management.

8. Fluent in English both written and oral.
