工作职责：

1. Setting plant short/middle/long term targets according to company needs, and leading the plant team to achieve all targets and criteria, in which Safety/Quality/delivery will be the most key metrics.

2. To actively promote talent development and successor planning, building up talent pool for mid/long term development.

3. Fully leading and promoting plant continuous improvement, reducing operations cost, and to keep the competitive advantages within peers.

4. To set up and well maintain the management system and standard processes as requires, to ensure plant smooth operations.

5. To set up good cooperative relationship with customers, and to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.

6. To act as region operations director to support improving region operations management.

7. To take temporary tasks as direct supervisor requires.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor Degree or above in machine or related major.

2. At least 12 years working experience in automotive industry, at least 10 years professional and management experience in operations management, production and logistics.

3. Good integrity and strong sense of responsibility.

4. Strong execution and problem solving skill.

5. Have abilities of plan, organization, community and coordination, build team and cultivate team work ability, build system and process ability, influence other ability.

6. Office suit proficiency, able to communicate in Chinese and English.
