工作职责:

1. Execute the validation work package independently with the request of customer.

2. Creating the China test documents based on the European headquarter input & specific requirement from local customer.

3. Capturing and analyzing OEMs requirement and create the DV/PV Plan, communicate with customers and global team to review and to finalize plan.

4. Setup the validation timing and conduct & monitor the validation details

a) Identify the testing resource

b) Design & source the testing fixtures & testers

c) Monitoring the testing process and identify the risk

d) Prepare the testing report

5. Support hardware engineer to create EOLT test spec, communicate with suppliers for test requirements clarification, test fixture design and verification; work with manufacture engineer and EOLT suppliers to set up, validate and maintain EOLT test.

6. Hands on debug, programming, verify test fixture and equipment(labview etc.)

7. Report DV/PV status to customer regularly, submit and review DV/PV with internal team and customer; Support HW engineer and mechanical engineer to review the validation plan and report submitted by components supplier

8. Supporting system and hardware DFMEA.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Automation or other Engineering fields, Master degree preferred.

2. 3-5 years experience in validation of automobile/power management/Telematics related industry.

3. Knowledge & experience of validation of full product life cycle activities including feasibility, problem control and resolution, review of test specification of supplier doc.

4. Familiar with related test standard(international & China domestic), e.g QCT895, IEEXXX.

5. Strong hands on experience in test fixture debug, user interface programming(labview preferred), good engineering judgement for problem solving.

6. Proficient in the use of Calibration / Diagnostic / CAN / LIN / UDS / KWP2000/J1939 tool sets and data loggers.

7. Knowledge on DCDC converter, On board Charger, Telematics.

8. Quick learning.

9. Good communication skill.

10. Good at English reading and writing.

11. Ability to travel frequently and abroad travel will be requested.
