工作职责:

1. Provide technical support to Sales team for new business pursuit; to be the customer interface, lead the technical communication with customer and provide technical support to customer, maintain good relationships; Generate product /system functional and performance specification document.

2. Lead to define system solution and communicate with customer closely, make sure all technical requirements are understood and aligned with customer and internal teams.

3. Lead to  finish system design, analysis and simulation via matlab Simulink or similar tools, lead to reach technical alignment with global team.

4. Manage system requirements including recording, tracking and allocation, review hardware, software and mechanical requirements specification, make sure system requirements are fully understood by design team.

5. Conduct bench test/simulation for system/vehicle level analysis, Verify product function and performance against specification on bench and in vehicle.

6. Support customer sample test, vehicle test in customer site, support to get customer PPAP.

7. Support customer field quality issues and manufacture issue if needed.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Electrical/Electronics/Automation  or other Engineering fields, Master Degree preferred.

2. 3-5 years’s experience in automotive/power management related industry.

3. Experience in using Matlab/Simulink for system design, analysis and simulation.

4. Experience / Knowledge in HEV/EV Power Electronics or Telematics system/HW/SW preferred.

5. Able to analyze and solve technical problem with combination of social background, experience in customer communication.

6. Good at English reading and writing.

7. Quick learning.
