工作职责:

1. Power electronics design for HEV/EV automotive power component, especially in power conversion area, e.g. AC/DC and DC/DC, secure design delivery on time, cost and quality in projects.

2. Be responsible to design power module concept  including power topology, transformer, PFC, LLC, MOSFET, etc..; be responsible to calculate and simulate all critical power parameters to make sure a robust design; to ensure all power requirements and performance are met; be responsible to design Hardware schematic, BOM generation.

3. To apply proper engineering CAE tools to perform power simulation, make sure the power module performance compliant with customer spec and related National/Industry/enterprise standard, especially EMC.

4. Work with purchasing and SQE to identify transformer supplier, work with supplier to develop power module;  validate power module prototype and support to cut into production; Support purchasing and quality for the second source activity.

5. Support DV, PV, manufacturing issue and OBC test.

6. Support customer quality field quality issues if necessary.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical / Automation / Power Electronics Engineering, Master degree is preferred.

2. 5 years’ experience with AC/DC, DC/DC power supply design and validation, especially for high precision, high voltage and high current measurement, knowledge about EV/HEV Charger or DC/DC converter will be a plus.

3. Industry experience in digital power supplier/Automotive power supplier/Aero space power supplier/telecom power supplier/power inverter etc…

4. Strong capability in system level design and calculation, power supply analysis, electronics hardware simulation, WCA design, control loop simulation.

5. Experience with CAE tools, e.g. Mentor Graphic, OrCAD PSpice, LTSpice, Saber, PSim, Matlab, MathCAD, Enterprise Architecture, etc.

6. Experience of power supply relevant PCB layout instruction, EMC improvement, thermal design analysis.

7. Knowledge on GB/T 24347, QCT 895, QCT 841, GB/T 17625, GB/T 17626, GB/T 18387, GB/T 18655, IEC 61000-3, IEC 61000-4, will be a plus.

8. Quick learning.

9. Good communication skill, good at English reading and writing.

10. Ability to travel frequently and abroad travel will be requested.
