工作职责:

1. Lead hardware team on the automotive electronics design, be responsible to assign, guide, review and track progress of hardware team, provide support to system and customer from hardware perspective.

2. Understand hardware requirement, be responsible to generate hardware functional and performance specification document and review with system engineer and other teams, make sure all the requirement are fully understood.

3. Be responsible to generate hardware concept and review detail hardware design and ensure all hardware requirements are covered, be responsible for  hardware design quality.

4. To apply proper engineering CAE tools to perform hardware analysis and simulation, e.g transfer function calculation, signal quality, etc…

5. Lead team to finish hardware unit test, hardware functional test and performance evaluation against hardware spec.

6. Create hardware design guideline, lead team to follow hardware design process and  to create proper documentation; support engineering team to pass customer audit; support manager on hardware resource planning and monitor.

7. Support product validation, manufacturing and OBC functional test.

8. Support customer commercial visit for new business, support customer field quality issues if necessary.

任职要求:

1. Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Electrical/Electronics/Automation or other Engineering fields, Master degree is preferred.

2. 3-5 years’ experience in hardware team management, 6+ automobile/power management/Telematics related industry experience.

3. Strong design capability in all aspects of electronics circuit especially Power Electronics or Telematics.

4. Knowledge on thermal design analysis / simulation.

5. Hands on experience on DCDC converter, On Board Charger or DC/DC is preferred.

6. Able to analyze and solve technical problem with combination of social background.

7. Quick learning.

8. Good communication skill.

9. Good at English reading and writing.

10. Ability to travel frequently and abroad travel will be requested.
